Get some time to kill, so here comes some random scans and copypasta~

Nyankoi is a manga I found in the second-hand books a month+ ago at the library, and that I randomly bought cause the cover was cute. It ended up being an amusing manga.

The story is about a guy who has a cat allergy, and he is in love with a girl who loves cats. XD

One day he breaks a cat statue and is hit by a curse that makes him to understand cats’ language. He’s been told the day after by his own cat that he has to help 100 cats or else he will be turned into a cat (which would make him die, since he has a cat allergy XD).

I made some scans that time so I thought it was time to post them.

One day, Junpei can understand what his cat says.

Unfortunately for Junpei, all the members of his family are cat lovers~

How Junpei got cursed~ XD

The cats tells to Junpei that he has to help 100 cats, or else he will be turned into a cat. He refuses to believe it at first, but he does turn into a cat, and almost die from it.

His first ‘mission’ is to help some stray cats which are oppressed by a cat molester…

… and the person in question is Mizuno XD

J : “loving cats is ok, but cats don’t like being teased too much, you know ? See, it doesn’t look like it appreciates it…”
M : “Even though it’s wagging its tail so much from enjoyment ?”

Seeing the characters running away while crying is some recurrent gag in this manga. XD

Mizuno seems not to mind about what happenned the day before. Actually it’s even the contrary, cause Mizuno loev deh GARness XD

Junpei’s childhood friend, Kanako, is a freaking scary yankee girl o_o

Mizuno : “they get along well~”
As expected from such a lovely tennenko, she totally misunderstands their relationship~

haha XD

Mission 2 : a cat living in the school wants to tell its gratitude to a girl who feeds and take care of it everyday, so it wants Junpei to tell “Thank you for everything, I love you” to that girl…

… and yeah you guessed it, the girl in question is Kanako~

The reason why Kanako started being a bitch at Junpei… awww :/

Junpei has to be Kanako’s slave during the school festival after she saw him talking with cats.

Since she got the highest grades during the entrance exam (?!), Mizuno gets to do the entrance speech. At the end, she says : “This morning something great happened. I fell in love with this school. I’m really glad I entered this school”.
Junpei : “She’s talking about me… !?”
All the other guys : “She’s talking about me !”
haha XD

A promising manga. <3

Not as hilarious as some stuffs I’ve read recently such as Hyakko or Yankee-kun to Megane-chan, but still a nice reading~
